Danielle Restieaux, Esq., MSW

Danielle Restieaux is a professional attorney / mediator at Restieaux Family Mediation. She provides mediation services, as well as consultation and legal document creation and filing for clients seeking divorce, custody, support, prenuptial agreements and other family law matters.

Danielle received her bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Boston University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southwestern Law School. She is a member of the California State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. She has practiced law for over 17 years. Danielle also has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and she has over 7 years of experience as a clinical social worker. Danielle Restieaux is registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker with the state of California and she is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association.

Danielle has worked with families from all different demographics and she is passionate about finding creative ways to preserve family relationships through difficult changes, finding consensus, helping people co-parent for the maximum benefit of their children, and providing legal education in order to facilitate good decision-making and dignified communication.
